AHRDO International Performance

The experts’ team of Afghanistan Human Rights and Democracy Organization (AHRDO) has been officially invited by Brown University, in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Genocide Studies Center and producers in Rwanda (Hope Azeda and Carole Karemera) to present work at upcoming festival and second annual Centre by Centre Festival of Performance in Kigali in June 2010.

The AHRDO as a team will present performances and workshops on recent Transitional Justice Play and theatre-making practices. The festival will profit greatly from different participants experiences and expertise in the building and affirmation of community, especially through the use of the arts as instrument for opening up new spaces in the management of trauma.
